1. Book Telemedicine Consultation • Select today’s date & any time available • Select veterinarian • Press book 2. Complete Form • Provide client & patient information • Email & phone number is necessary • Provide brief reason for appointment 3. Check out • Telemedicine is invoiced by time. • Additional time will be invoiced at $35/10min unless specified service has a flat fee in description. • If we determine that the horse needs a face-to-face appointment, the telemedicine fee will be 100% applied to the in person call fee if scheduled within 30 days. 4. Receive Google Drive link by email • This is where you will upload any videos & photos • Upload any documents, written detailed description 5. Veterinarian will provide written response within 24hours. • You will receive an email to go verify Google Drive for report 6. Important Notes: • DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, CALL 707-721-4402 • We will communicate via encrypted Google Drive folders, individualized to each client (This is why we will not email results) • Any communication will be part of the patient medical records • Visit our video library on how to submit good diagnostic images

Cancellation Policy

For written telemedicine consultations, clients will be charged for the time spent by the veterinarian, even if consultations are cancelled.
